Subject: COVID-19 Task Force
Good Morning,
As promised, I wanted to pass along some important information regarding the Task Force that has
been stood up to support our most vulnerable members of the community. Today launches the
Butte County Covid-19 Response Task Force. This Task Force will be assisting our most vulnerable
community members with delivery of vital medications and food. If you are speaking with someone
who fits the criteria below please have them contact 2-1-1 or the County COVID-19 Call Center at
530.552.3050. Once they are screened they will be referred to our Task Force.
Criteria to receive Task Force Assistance:
They have a Confirmed Case of COVID-19
They have been tested but are awaiting results
They have been told by a Doctor or Public Health Department Staff to self-isolate due to the
COVID-19 Pandemic
They will be screened and once it is determined they have no OTHER resources available, the Task
Force will assist in retrieving food and medications. These items will be delivered to their home.
This service will be available Monday-Saturday 8-5pm.
