Public Health Department Operation Center
The DOC is working on getting the Abbot ID Now (rapid test machine) set up today. Like many
other supplies, the items received do not always match the request. The machine came with
fewer test kits than anticipated. The DOC ordered more.
Reminder: even though more testing capability is being rolled out across the state, tests are
still prioritized to patients who require hospitalization and healthcare workers.
Emergency Operation Center - Care/Shelter Branch
Individuals Currently Sheltered: 65
Note - individuals are homeless and fit into one of the following categories:
Quarantined due to meeting high risk criteria;
Isolated awaiting COVID-19 test results; or
Isolated due to confirmed positive COVID-19 test.
Thanks.
