21-01 – City of Oroville – Lincoln Boulevard Annexation No. 1 Annexation of 27 parcels totaling approximately 14.2 acres to the City of Oroville
for the purpose of providing municipal services for existing residential and commercial/industrial development on the property. Located in the unincorporated area of south Oroville, generally bounded by City of Oroville city limits to the north and west, Myers Street to the east and Palm Avenue to the south.
