Dear Jan Larroche: Subject: Burn down letter for 055-290-052 The above referenced parcel, APN 055-290-052 with the address of 5081 Wilderness Road,
Paradise, CA 95967, is currently zoned Medium Density Residential (MDR). We show a pre-Camp Fire total of 99 mobile home spaces and 20 recreational vehicle spaces. After the mobile home is destroyed, rebuilding is possible with the appropriate building permits.
