Captain Boyd,
Per your request,this letter is to inform you of the small amount of fire sprinkler work that was done for
Smalley General Contracting at 13290 Contractors Lane.
Foothill Fire Protection relocated (1)pendant sprinkler and added(1)new pendant sprinkler where new
walls were added. All head spacing is per NFPA 13 light hazard requirements inside office area where
work was completed. System was left in service with all control valves fully open.
