D. IRRIGATION SYSTEMS: 1. OUTDOOR IRRIGATION CONTROLLERS: CGBC 4.304.1: AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM CONTROLLERS FOR LANDSCAPING PROVIDED BY THE BUILDER & INSTALLED AT THE TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: a. SOIL MOISTURE-BASED CONTROLLERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE RAIN SENSOR INPUT. E. EROSION CONTROL: 1. NO SOIL DISRUPTION SHALL OCCUR PRIOR TO OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT OR GRADING PERMIT. 2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EROSION CONTROL. 3. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE IN PLACE AT ALL TIMES. 4. SOILS TRACKED INTO THE STREET FROM THE WORKSITE SHALL BE CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EACH WORKDAY. 5. INACTIVE SOIL STOCKPILES SHALL BE COVERED.
