PROJECT SETTING DESCRIPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Please address the following in the space provided. Attach a separate sheet of paper, if needed:
1.Identify any applicable proposed development schedule, including anticipated, incremental, or phaseddevelopment and all associate oroiects.
The project will not be phased and no residential construction is scheduled at this point.
2.List and describe any other related pem1its and other public approvals required for this project, includingthose required by city, regional, state and federal agencies.

3.Describe the site as it exists before the project, including information on topography, soil stability, plants,animals, and any cultural, historical, or scenic aspects. Describe any existing structures on the site and the use
of the structures.
The site contains two single family houses and three out buildings with gently sloping (less than 1 % slope) terrain to the south/southwest and does not contain any cultural, historical or scenic aspects.
4.Describe the surrounding properties, including information on plants, animals and any cultural, historical, orscenic aspects. Indicate the type of land use (residential, commercial, etc.), intensity of land use ( one-family,apartment houses, shops, department stores, etc.), and scale of development (height, frontage, setback, rear yard,
etc.,.---------------------------------------,Properties to the North and East of the project site are developed with single-family residences and the properties to the West and South of the project site are developed with active almond orchards.
5.Include any special studies prepared for the project site including, but not limited to traffic, biology, wetlandsdell��o;, archaeology, etc.
