HomeMy WebLinkAbout20-086WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California has heretofore approved a
of considering a budget for the fiscal year 2020-2021; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was concluded on July 21, 2020, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California,- and
WHEREAS, the Chief Administrative Officer has submitted a written compilation of the modifications to the
Recommended Budget which were approved by the Board of Supervisors during the hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that
the Recommended Budget, as modified by the amendments set forth in Schedule A, is hereby adopted as the budget for
the County of Butte for fiscal year 2020-2021; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the General Fund balance available exceeds $21,400,000, the Auditor -Controller
fund balance exceeding that to be used to increase General Fund Appropriations for Contingencies by the additional

the General Fund Reserve; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor -Controller is hereby authorized to adjust the Appropriations for
Contingencies and reserves in each fund as necessary to balance the fund and the budget due to differences from
estimated to actual fund balance, subject to review and approval by the Chief Administrative Officer; and
