INDENTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATING JURISDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Resources Code sections 48000 et seq., 14581, and 42023.1(g), the Department of
Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) has established various payment programs to make payments to qualifying
jurisdictions; and
WHEREAS, in furtherance of this authority CalRecycle is required to establish procedures governing the
administration of the payment programs; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the County
Director of Public Works to submit a regional application on behalf of itself as Regional Lead Participant and designated
participating jurisdictions of the City of Biggs, the City of Gridley and the City of Oroville; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works or his/her designee, is hereby authorized as Signature
Authority to execute all documents necessary to implement and secure payment; and
