OF COUNTY INTEREST IN PROPERTY WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California have received a request to convey
County property to the City of Chico; and
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1966, the State of California deeded to the County of Butte a portion of property located
at the northeast corner of Skyway and Notre Dame Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the lands described in the attached Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B were a part of the City of Chico
Skyway Annexation District No. 1, recorded June 19, 1964.
WHEREAS, the City of Chico requests that the Butte County Board of Supervisors execute a Quitclaim Deed to the
City of Chico to release the County's interest in the subject property; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approve the City's request
and authorize the Director — Public Works to execute the Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the Butte County Board of
Supervisors.

RIGHT-OF-WAY
All that certain real property situate in the City of Chico, County of Butte, State of California, described
as follows:
A portion of the public right-of-way, as shown on that certain Parcel Map which map was filed for record
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California on June 19, 2002, in Book III of
Maps at Pages 69-70, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Parcel 5 as shown on said map, said point lying on the easterly
right-of-way line of Notre Dame Boulevard;
Thence along the south boundary of said Parcel 5, North 89'03'05" East a distance of 141.75 feet to the
southeast corner of said Parcel 5, and a point on the west line of Parcel 4, as shown on said Parcel Map
Thence along the westerly line of said Parcel 4 of said map, South 00'56'55" East a distance of 32,50 feet
to a point, said point lying on the northerly right-of-way line of Skyway;
Thence parallel with, and 62.50 feet northerly of the centerline of Skyway, South 89'03'05" West a
distance of 110,9.24 feet to the beginning of a 32.00 -foot radius tangent curve to the right;
Thence along said curve, concave to the northeast, through a central angle of 90*45'10", an arc distance
of 50.69 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way fine of Notre Dame Boulevard;
Thence along said easterly right-of-way line, North 00'11'45" West, 0.08 feet to the True Point of
Beginning. Containing 4,387 square feet, more or less

QUITCLAIM DEED
For value received the County of Butte, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereby Releases,
Remises and Quitclaims to the City of Chico, a political subdivision of the State of California, any and all
right, title and interest to that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California. as
described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
