BE[TRESOLVED bvthe County Board mf Supervisors ofthe County of Butte, as, follows:
The County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves the submission to the State of California of
one or more application(s) in the aggregate amount, not to exceed, of $ 279,919 for the following CDBG-CVI activities,
pursuant tothe June 2020 CD8G-[V1NOFA:

General Administration $47,586
The County acknowledges compliance with all state and federal public participation requirements in the
development of its application.
SECTION
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute and deliver all
applications and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to all such applications.

and deliver the grant agreement (ie., Standard Agreement) and any and all subsequent amendments thereto with the
State of California for the purposes, of the grant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby adopt the resolution, and
allow the Chair to sign.
