WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive State and Federal -Aid funding for certain transportation
projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and
WHEREAS, on May 9, 2017, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte approved and authorized execution
of Master Agreement, Administering Agency - State Agreement for State and Federal -Aid Projects No. 03-5912F15; and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California for qualifying projects under
said Master Agreement, Administering Agency — State Agreement for Federal -Aid Projects No. 03-5912F15 requires
execution of Program Supplement Agreements to said Master Agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that:
The Director of Public Works or the authorized designee are hereby authorized and directed to execute and submit on
behalf of the County of Butte said Program Supplements; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 15`x` day of
September 2020 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
NOES: Supervisor Connelly
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
