California; Being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the one-quarter corner common to said Sections 23 and 26, as
said corner is marked upon the ground by a 2.75” Brass Cap stamped “LS 2780”
and shown on that certain Record of Survey as filed for record in Book 33, Maps
at page 71;
Thence South 88⁰49’13” West, along the line common to said Sections, a
distance of 144.18 feet to a ¾” iron pipe stamped “LS 2780” to a point on the
Westerly boundary of State Route 70 and the Point of Beginning of this legal
Description;
Thence North 30⁰16’23” East, along the West Boundary of State Route 70, a
distance of 245.47 feet to a ¾” iron piper tagged “LS 2780”;
Thence South 88⁰49’13” West, a distance of 208.67 feet, to a ¾” iron pipe tagged
“LS 2780”;
Thence South 30⁰16’23’ West, a distance of 245.47 feet, to a ¾” iron pipe tagged
“LS 2780” on the line common to said Sections;
