NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 12 of
Ordinance No. 4179 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -Development Services" by adding there to the following:

1.0 3503 Code Enforcement Officer (term to end 10/31/2023)
