REZONE REZ19-0001 FOR ONE PARCEL FROM AG -40 TO TPZ, AND NINE PARCELS FROM TM TO TPZ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24, Article 38, Zoning Ordinance Amendments of Butte County Code, ordains, as follows: Section 1. The hereinafter described parcels, more or less totalinc 961.57 acres (APN 073-130-025, 062-770-001, 062-620-001, 062-620-011, 062-620-012, 062-620-013, 062-620-013, 059-060-010, 071-060-007, 071- 060-008), situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall hereby be zoned as TPZ (Timber Production Zone); and such area shat= be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulation; pursuant to Butte County Code Chapter 24, Article 11, Division 2 Natural Resource Zones. Said areas are shown on Exhibit "A" Section 2. Severabilit If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to ani person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemec severable and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaininc provisions or applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application thereof. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized anc directed to publish this ordinance before the expiration of fifteer (15) days after its passage. This Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting fox and against it, in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper publishec in the County of Butte, State of California. Pursuant to Government Code section 25124, a complete copy of this ordinance is on file witY the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and is available for publi( inspection and copying during regular business hours in the OffiCE of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA.
