Transmittal of Butte Creek Planning Unit Executed Conservation Easement
Dear Secretary Bose:
On November 4, 2019, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an
Order Approving Change in Land Rights (Order), which approved Pacific Gas and Electric
Company's (PG&E) request to grant a Deed of Conservation Easement and Agreement
(Butte Creek Planning Unit) to Northern California Regional Land Trust on approximately
167 acres of licensee-owned lands within the FERC boundary of the Desabla-Centerville
Project (FERC No. 803).
The Order requires PG&E to file a copy of the executed conservation easement within one
year from the date of the Order. A copy of the executed conservation easement is
enclosed.
