To All County Employees
You are receiving this email to inform you of the Health Fair and Virtual Information Sessions. Today’s meeting will
highlight Flexible Spending Accounts
The Butte County Open Enrollment for employee benefit programs: September 21,
2020 and October 16, 2020 at 5pm.
While we will not be able to have our traditional benefit fairs this year, we want to make sure that you still
have access to our vendors and members of HR staff to help answer your questions. We have scheduled four
stth
virtual sessions through the Open Enrollment period (September 21 through October 16). Please plan to
attend a session or two where you will receive some general information and updates.
These sessions will be conducted through Zoom. Zoom can be accessed from a desktop, laptop, tablet or your
smartphone by downloading the zoom app. Stop in, ask questions, and there will be a raffle drawing at the
end of each session for those in attendance. We will also set up private “break-out” rooms to meet with
vendors or ask personal questions, if desired. Can’t wait to ‘see’ you there!
