Definitely a rumor. We have not submitted another application to CDPH. Also if
we did submit another application CDPH is required to have a public comment
period, consultation with local law enforcement and the health officer. Also in
Butte County, as a term of the settlement, CDPH has to do environmental review
which takes months. Thank you for reaching out. If the Board of Supervisors is

an application to CDPH to provide syringe services to unincorporated Butte
County and that the application was approved. Can you let me know if there is
