Re: Eleventh Sly Creek Dam
Dear Mr. Moseley:
submitted the Eleventh Indeport (CSIR) and
the Potential Failure Mode Analysis Addendum for Sly Creek Dam, which is part of the
South Feather Project, FERC No. 2088. We have completed our review of the submittal,
and we have the following comment:
The independent consultantecommendation regarding updates to the STID
including the DSSMP and a post-earthquake analysis of the Ogee spillway
have not yet been fully addressed. Submit an updated plan and schedule to
complete this recommendation.
Please submit a plan and schedule for addressing the comment within 30 days
