Newsom Administration - Resources / Mutual Aid / Executive Orders
Today, California Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly provided an update on
COVID-19 in California, including an update on the County Tier System, noting that when the
State began, there were 38 counties in purple, and there are now less than 20. Please see below
for the latest updates:

o Humboldt, Plumas, Siskiyou, Trinity
