Hi my name is debbie huston and i have lived in oroville my whole life and i now
reside in southside C street with my husband . I have lived on c street for 28 years
and i am disgusted with how our neighborhood has been looking like
. What are the plans to clean our streets up from the homeless that are squatting in
empty houses to the piles of garbage being thrown on our streets ?
