Board Members,
On the October 13 Board of Supervisors meeting agenda you have item 4.01.A1 “Appointments to
the Rock Creek Reclamation District (RCRD)”, where the Board is being asked to appoint trustees for
the unexpired terms of the currently serving Board of Trustees of RCRD. The Board of Supervisors
may appoint any qualified person as a trustee, so long as the person is a landowner in the district or
a landowner’s legal representative, which includes but is not limited to those persons identified as
nominees in the petition filed with the Clerk of the Board on July 20, 2020.
Landowners of the RCRD who are interested in in being considered for a trustee appointment will
have an opportunity to speak to the Board via Webex. Interested individuals will need to complete
the below questionnaire and forward it to ClerkoftheBoard@buttecounty.net:
