Board Members,
It appears we have another PSPS shutdown coming our way. According to our PG&E Reps, it is
expected to start on Wednesday evening and end on Friday afternoon. It is anticipated to impact
12,000 Butte County customers.
This is all we know for now, I’ll let you know when we know more.
