Newsom Administration - Resources / Mutual Aid / Executive Orders
Today, Governor Newsom provided an update on wildfires and the COVID-19 pandemic. You may
here and SYASL staff notes here.
Tomorrow, Dr. Ghaly will provide a complete update on the County Tier System. Governor
Newsom provided the following snapshot today but said tomorrow's announcement will fully
reflect data from over the weekend.
o Purple: 16 counties
o Red: 24 counties
o Orange: 11 counties
o Yellow: 7 counties

Permanent Local Housing Allocation program
HCD has announced the posting of the list of Community Need Data/Scoring for the Permanent
Local Housing Allocation Plan Program Non-Entitlement Local Government Competitive Notice
of Funding Availability for approximately $15 million. For details, view here. You may also view
