Subject: Burn down letter for 062-270-010
The above referenced parcel, APN 062-270-010 with the address of 41 Raccoon Road, Berry Creek,
CA 95916, is currently zoned Timber Mountain 160 acre minimum (TM). The TM zone permits
Single-Family Dwellings by right (without additional land use entitlement).
Please refer to Chapter 24 of Butte County Code, Article 5. (Natural Resource Zones) and see Table
24-16-1 Permitted Land Uses in the Natural Resource Zones and under “Residential Uses” note that
the Land Use Category of “Single-Family Home” is Permitted in the TM Zone.
If the single-family dwelling is destroyed, rebuilding is possible by obtaining the appropriate
Building Permits.
