Good afternoon Supervisors –
The attached staff report, for the 10/27/20 Board Meeting Item 4.04, has been updated as follows:
A)The Bond Purchase Agreement was replaced with an amended copy (see pages 12-27),
making a couple of non-substantive in nature changes to the document; and
B)The final version of the Bond was added at the end of the staff report (see pages 54-57).
This full staff report is now available online to the public on the meeting page here as well as on
iLegislate.
