Re: Planning Commission Approval - TPM19-0001 (DeMarais); APN: 007-420-064
Dear Mr. DeMarais:
At the Planning Commission meeting held on July 24, 2020, your request for a Tentative Parcel Map was approved, but
the exception request to remove the requirement of curb, gutter and sidewalk was denied. The Planning Commission did
modify Condition #15 to reduce the length of the road and frontage improvements. They also included the requested
change to Condition #26 from Butte County Environmental Health. Should you desire to appeal any of the decision by
the Planning Commission, you must do so in writing, prior to 5:00 p.m., Monday, August 3, 2020 to the:
Clerk of the Board

Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $725.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal period, the
action of the Planning Commission is final.
Please see attached invoice for additional fees owed, $52.00, for California Fish & Wildlife. You can either pay the fees
online, following the attached instructions, or you can mail in a check made out to Butte County Treasurer, to Butte County
Development Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965. Please write in the project number in the memo line.
Once the approval has become final, please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works
Department to complete the conditions of approval and record the Subdivision Map. Public Works is located at 7 County
Center Dr., Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.538.7681. You have two (2) years to record the map,
or prior to the map expiring, you can submit in for a map extension. Map extensions should be filed a minimum of 30 days
prior to expiration.
