Re: Board of Supervisors Appeal - TPM19-0004 (Sorenson); APN: 016-220-099
Dear Mr. Sorenson:
At the Board of Supervisor meeting held on September 29, 2020, your appeal request to remove Condition #9
for approved Tentative Parcel Map (TPM19-0004) was granted. Condition #9 as part of the Planning
Commission approval has been removed. I have attached the revised Conditions of Approval for TPM19-0004.
Attached to the approval sent after the Planning Commission approve on July 23, 2020, was an invoice for
additional fees owed, $52.00, for California Fish & Wildlife. You can either pay the fees online, following the
attached instructions, or you can mail in a check made out to Butte County Treasurer, to Butte County
Development Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965. Please write in the project number in the
memo line.
Please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works Department to complete the
conditions of approval and record the Subdivision Map. Public Works is located at 7 County Center Dr.,
Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.538.7681. You have two (2) years (July 23, 2020) to
record the map, or prior to the map expiring, you can submit in for a map extension. Map extensions should be
filed a minimum of 30 days prior to expiration.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (530) 552-3683, or by email at
mmichelena@buttecounty.net between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
