The basis of bearings for this survey is the line between the two found monuments along the South Line of Lot 35 of the
Crestmoor Subdivision shown as S87°40 00"E in Book 23 of Maps on page 26, recorded in Butte County County
Recorders Office in November 10th of 1958.
All monuments were found in close proximity of the record positions on the record map except for two missing monument. Using
the Basis of Bearings, the missing monuments were reset at their calculated positions with a Total Station.
