Eleventh Part 12D Safety Inspection Report

Dear Mr. Blackett:
This letter presents the eleventh Part 12D safety inspection report for Bucks Storage
Dam, which is part of Pacific Ga) Bucks Creek-Grizzly
Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619.
The dam was inspected, and the safety inspection report was prepared under the
direction of Dr. Lelio H. Mejia, Ph.D, P.E., G.E., in accordance with FERC Order
No.122. FERC authorized Dr. Mejia to serve as the independent consultant (IC) in a
letter dated June 2, 2020. Copies of the safety inspection report for Bucks Storage
Dam are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
In accordance with Part 12D, Section 12.39 of the FERC Regulations, PG&E will submit
a plan and schedule for addr recommendations provided in the safety
inspection report. The plan and schedule will be submitted to your office by December
31, 2020.
As a result of the ongoing shelter-in-
response to COVID-19 pandemic, nonessential PG&E staff are working remotely, and
hard copy filings are not possible

copies will be sent after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted and PG&E staff
have returned to their normal wo
