Eleventh Part 12D Safety Inspection Report

Dear Mr. Blackett:
This letter presents the eleventh Part 12D safety inspection report for Philbrook Dam,
which is part of DeSabla-Centerville
Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 803. The
dam was inspected and the safety inspection report was prepared under the direction
of Mr. Marc Ryan, P.E., G.E., in accordance with FERC Order No. 122. FERC
authorized Mr. Ryan to serve as the independent consultant (IC) for Philbrook Dam in
a letter dated May 22, 2020.
Copies of the safety inspection report are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). In
accordance with Part 12D, Section 12.39,of the FERC regulations, PG&E will submit
a plan and schedule for addressing the recommendations provided in the safety
inspection report. The plan and schedule will be submitted to your office by
December 31, 2020.
As a result of the ongoing shelter-in-
response to COVID-19 pandemic, nonessential PG&E staff are working remotely,
the enclosed documents, please contact the license coordinator identified below, and
copies will be sent after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted and PG&E
