Good Afternoon All,
Due to staff being out of the office this week and next the courier will not be running Thursday the

5 or the 12.
If you have US Postal mail that needs to go out on Thursday the mail can be brought over to General
Services and it will be processed. Please be sure to bundle the mail and include a note with your
department code on the front of the bundle.
If there is something urgent that needs to go out and you don’t have staff in your office available to
bring it to General Services please contact us at GSFrontDeskHG@buttecounty.net and we will do
our best to arrange someone to pick up your item.
