As you know, the attached press release went out yesterday to announce the final week of the application period. I am also attaching a revised program flyer. If you would like, please feel free to share the attached information by posting to your social media or simply by emailing businesses and friends about the program. With $4.9million allocated, we anticipate being able to provide grant funds to 250+ businesses. As of today, 3CORE has received 191 businesses applications. Still lots of th opportunity for businesses to apply before the October 5 deadline! This program will go a long way to help ease the pain from the recent pandemic. The application period for the Butte Business Stabilization Program opened September 15, 2020, and will close on October 5, 2020. This program provides eligible businesses with five or fewer employees up to $15,000 in grant funds, and eligible businesses with six to ten employees up to $25,000 in grant funds. With $4,900,000 allocated, the Butte Business Stabilization Program will support approximately 250 small, local business. Businesses may apply online at www.buttebusinessresourcehub.org. A link to the Butte Business Stabilization Program may also be found on the County homepage www.buttecounty.net. “With one week left to apply, I encourage all businesses within Butte County that have felt the impact of COVID- 19 on their business to apply for these grant funds,” said Butte County Board of Supervisor Chair, Steve Lambert. “The Butte County Board of Supervisors appreciates you and supports you during these difficult times.” ###
