FIRE UPDATE (USFS): All evacuation warnings and orders have been lifted. Fire is 95% contained. Continue to perform work in the same area that they have been, near HWY 70. PG&E PG&E – potential PSPS event later this week impacting approximately 11,243 customers in Butte County. De-energizing is slated to start around 4:00am on Thursday morning – with power being restored by Friday night. They are working on having 4 Customer Resource Centers are in line to be opened up (Palermo/Bangor not impacted at this time): American Veterans Store 15474 Forest Ranch Way Forest Ranch, Butte, 95942 Magalia Pines Baptist Church 14098 Skyway Rd Magalia, 95954 Bird Street School 1421Bird Street Oroville Looking for a new locations in Paradise The CRCs will provide: snacks, waters, ADA restrooms, charging stations, Wi-Fi services. They will be open from 8:00am to 10:00pm today/Thursday and tomorrow/Friday (unless power is restored sooner). CARE AND SHELTER: There are 97 animals still being sheltered. o Reunification efforts continue. Animals that go unclaimed will be spade, neutered and put up for adoption. o 10/23 is the slated closure date of animal shelter. There are 314 individuals housed in 204 hotel/rooms throughout N. Cal. Work continues to get them to a longer term solution. Calls – over 4,150 calls received thus far. Calls continue to be around 120-140/day. Misc. Items: Logistics has processed 1,431resource requests to date. New Butte County Recovers website – is up and running on recovery efforts for both the Camp Fire and the North Complex Fire. We continue to work in a 2 week operational period which began last Friday evening – running through 8:00pm Friday 10/23. We continue to need EOC support for Care and Shelter.
