Subject: PGE 1000 Update 10/27/2020
Good morning,
PGE has begun restoring power in Butte County, as of this time about 3,000 customers in Butte have
been restored, 7,700 still out of power but this number is decreasing by the hour as lines are being
patrolled. Still waiting for the all clear for the Feather River Canyon, it is expected soon. PGE
anticipates all power restored in Butte by 2200 tonight depending on any damages found. The CRCs
continue to see a high volume with Magalia having 422 yesterday and Paradise Lutheran Church
with 521. Oroville, Forest Ranch and Bangor having double digit attendance. These are the largest
numbers in the state. It appears most people are stopping by for free phone chargers, not sure how
many are repeat customers or are staying very long.
Good news: there are no PSPS level winds in the forecast, bad news: there’s no rain either.
