Good afternoon,
As you know, we have been working with 3CORE to begin getting checks out to those businesses that were chosen from the lottery to participate in the Butte
Business Stabilization Program, and have completed the process for final approval. Unfortunately, we still have 17 businesses that were chosen to participate
through the lottery process but have not yet submitted any of the required eligibility documentation.

3CORE has been trying extremely hard to get each of these businesses. Reminder contacts include an email on Oct 9, another on Oct 19 and another on the

21 (all from different email accounts, in case any went to Spam). These were followed up by a phone call from 3CORE last Friday, Oct 30. About half of these
did get back to 3CORE, letting them know that they did get the emails and were going to submit their documents, but never did.
Because the program has a waiting list, and because the businesses were originally told that they would have 14 days to complete the paperwork (which has way

since passed) I’m afraid if the businesses do not at least begin the process with 3CORE by next Wednesday, November 11, out of fairness to the others we will
need to move on. We have 50 businesses that were not chosen through the lottery that would very much like the opportunity to participate. I am providing this
list to you in case you know any of the businesses on the list and would like to help reach out to them. I hate to drop any businesses from the eligibility list, but out
of fairness to other businesses we are going to need to make next Wednesday the final day to submit documents. Please let me know if you have any questions.
