Hi Roger,
See attached layout map. We have info from another project, with limited ROW widths. Below are
the ROW widths at a few of the stations along the map provided. Sorry we don’t have all of the info,
this is the best we have at this point.
Station 23+00 = 100’ RW to RW
Station 32+75 = 100’ RW to RW
Station 40+25 = 123.10’ from northerly RW to roadway centerline

Good morning Brendan,
Thanks for meeting with Frank and me last week. Below is a summary of our discussion, including
action items:
City requirements
Franchise agreement b/w PID, City to allow PID infrastructure in City ROW
Pavement restoration: assume T-trench covering full lane width
Traffic control handled by contractor in over-the-counter encroachment permit
ROW
Basically back of walk with 10-12' PUE
Brendan to send ROW maps to WY
City would like some detail around point-of-connection (what facilities, where located)
New hydrants would be great
New sewer infrastructure going in on Skyway (SE Chico area, see SS MP on website)
Levee believed to be DWR-maintained
City action items
Send ROW maps to WY
Investigate valve spacing requirements
