Tuscan Ridge Associates, LLC
The goal is to receive all entitlements during 2021, with construction to follow.
Butte County: PD Rezone, Lot Line Adjustment, Tentative Subdivision Map, Minor Use Permit
for development proposed within Scenic Highway (SH) overlay zone, Grading, Building,
Encroachment Permits. Water/Wastewater permits to serve new development.
The site was utilized as a golf course prior to the 2018 Camp Fire, during which the site was
leveled and graveled for use by PGE and ECC during the fire response. Existing blue oaks
were additionally damaged during the fire. See attached Natural Features Map for more detail
The site is bounded by Skyway to the north, Paradise Rod & Gun Club and undeveloped
parcels to the east, and undeveloped parcels to the south and west.
Special studies to be prepared for the project will be determined following pre-application
conference.
