APPL!CA TION REVIEWER PROJECT NUMBER ADM : ZONE DISTRICT !EH CLEARANCE I PUBLIC WORKS CLEARANCE i I DYES D NO D NIA i DYES ONO D NIA ; BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED'' BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER 0 YES D NO D NIA ZONING ADMINISTRATOR APPROVAL (Permit Requirements -Reverse) I of2 Mark Michelena FR-10 X X 20 0124 X Planning Manager 12/15/2020 20 20 3525 PERMIT REQlJlREMENTS 1.Temporary housing is limited to a maximum of two (2) recreational vehicles, travel trailers, or truckcampers that are self-contained with potable water and sewage disposal tanks, currently registered with theCalifornia Department of Motor Vehicles, and not on a permanent foundation. 2.Occupancy of temporary housing is limited to a county resident or residents whose residential dwellinghas been damaged or destroyed by the Camp Fire. 3.Temporary housing shall be connected to an approved source of water meeting one of the followingcriteria: (a) Public water supply (b) Existing well approved by Butte County Environmental Health, or (c)Other water source approved by Butte County Environmental Health. 4.Temporary housing shall be connected to an approved sewage disposal system meeting one of thefollowing criteria: (a) Public sewer system; (b) Existing on-site sewage disposal system that has beenapproved by Butte County Environmental Health to be intact, adequately sized, and functioning and nocloser than 5 feet from the temporary dwelling; (c) Temporary holding tank with a contract with with apumping company for regular pumping; or (d) Other method of sewage disposal approved byEnvironmental Health. 5.Temporary housing shall be connected to an approved source of electricity meeting one of the followingcriteria: (a) Permitted local utility electrical service connection; or (b) Other power source approved bythe Director of Development Services power source. 6.Recreational vehicles shall be located outside of required setbacks established in Chapter 24 of the ButteCounty Code. 7.Recreational vehicles shall be located outside of the boundaries of any recorded easements. 8.Solid waste shall not be deposited, or disposed of, on the open ground of the subject property, shall bekept in an appropriate waste receptacle and removed from the property at least once a week in accordancewith Butte County Code section 31-51 [Failure to Remove Solid Waste]. 9.Burning of solid waste is prohibited unless permission is obtained from the County Health Officer andButte County Air Quality Management District. 10.The applicant shall comply with the defensible space requirements around the campsite, pursuant toPublic Resources Code 4291. 11.This permit shall expire and have no further force or effect on December 31, 2021, unless an extension ormodification is approved by the Butte County Board of Supervisors. 12.The Zoning Administrator may revoke its approval of this Administrative Permit, if any of the followingapplies: a.The applicant or property owner has altered the circumstances under which the permit was granted to adegree that one or more of the findings required to grant the original permit can no longer be made; b.Permit issuance was based on misrepresentation by the applicant through the ommission of a materialstatement in the application; c.One or more of the permit conditions of approval have not been complied with or fulfilled; d.The applicant or property owner has failed or refused to allow inspections for compliance; e.Improvements authorized by the permit are in violation of the Zoning Ordinance or any law, ordinace, regulation, or statute; or f.The use is being operated in a manner which constitutes a nuisance.
