We have reviewed the submittal and we have comments which are listed in the enclosure. Please address the comments in the Enclosure or provide a plan and schedule to address our comments within 30 days of the date of this letter. We appreciate your public safety program. Regional Engineer Enclosure Comments Regarding the 5-year EAP Reprint Enclosure South Feather Water and Power Project, FERC No. P-2088 A. Emergency Action Plan. 1. The EAP format does not follow the format that is expected in an Emergency Action Plan as outlined in Chapter VI of the FERC Engineering Regulations. Please revise the EAP to follow the standardized EAP Outline and Content as indicated in Section 6-3.2 of the guidelines. 2. As indicated in the guidelines, a summary of the dam break study that was used to generate the inundation maps should be provided in the Appendices. B. Notification Flowcharts. 3.
