2020 Emergency Action Plan Update

Dear Mr. Blackett:
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has performed a review and update of the
Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for FERC No. 619, covering the EAP dams listed in
enclosure 3, and is hereby submitting this update electronically. Due to the ongoing
shelter-in-place orders issued by the State of California in response to the COVID-19
pandemic, non-essential PG&E staff are currently working remotely, and hard copy filings
are not possible at this time.
PG&E has updated the following pages:

This filing has been organized such that if you print one copy of enclosure 1 double-sided
(Cover Pages for Books 1-3)and three copies of enclosure 2 double-sided (Revised EAP
Pages), you should be able to easily update your EAP binder(s) with these revised pages.
Please update your EAP binder(s) with these revised pages and remove and destroy the
outdated pages. All modifications or additions to the EAP content are highlighted for your
convenience.

Coordinator and copies will be sent after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted
