This hydraulic test of the effluent line does not constitute a full hydraulic load test of the
dispersal field. A full hydraulic load test can only be effectively done with more water and when
the system has been in continual use.

Liquid level 8” low.
Concrete around lid opening is deteriorating, when lid was replaced concrete chunks fell off.
Risers melted, low liquid level indicating tank is leaking.
Water trucked in for HLT, absorption field tested Excellent.
