BUTTE COUNTY TO HOST THIRD VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS FOR NORTH CHICO VILLAGE VISION PLAN
Chico, Ca— Butte County is currently revising the North Chico Specific Plan (NCSP) with a focus on re-visioning
the North Chico Village area. This process will explore conceptual land use options that are formed by
community and stakeholder collaboration and input. The revised NCSP will be used to guide the preparation
of development plans for the North Chico Village. The workshops offer an exciting opportunity for the public
to assist in the vision and design of the area.
The third NCSP virtual workshop will be held on December 9, 2020 from 6-8pm. The primary goal of this
workshop is to provide feedback on alternative concepts developed through input from workshops #1 and #2.
We will be evaluating concept designs for the North Chico Village and gaining feedback on the pros and cons
of each concept.
This will be the final virtual workshop where residents and stakeholders will have a chance to provide valuable input
into the visualization and planning of the North Chico Village. Additional information and a link to the workshop are
