Board Members,
We have been given a heads up that PG&E may do a PSPS in the next few days, for a location ranging
from Tuolumne County up to Yuba County and there’s a chance that a small portion of Butte County
may get caught up in the shutdown. We don’t know any more than that at this point. We’ll keep you
informed as we learn more.
