If any are found to have more than 20% moisture they shall be replaced with acceptable bales and all remaining bales tested. The results of testing will be part of the written statement submitted to the -Building department as required below. f) Bales shall be laid flat with the vertical joints staggered at each course with a -minimum overlap of twelve (12) inches. Vertical joints shall be field tested during placement of bales in the walls.
