information and/or make revisions to plans, specifications and calculations as follows:
1. Zoning for this parcel is R-1 which has a 15 foot rear yard set back. Plan so noted.
Leach lines may not be in setback.
2. Enclosed is your school fee form. Pay fees at district office and return yellow copy to
this office.
3. Bracing:
3.1 Alternate braced wall panels per 2326.11.4 UBC cannot be used on cripple
walls that are over 14 inches tall. Lateral design will be required for front
wall of house. Alternate braced wall panels at garage are fine. Calcs are to
be submitted and plans stamped and signed by licensed individual.
3.2 Braced wall panels using sheetrock are nailed with 5d cooler nails at 7 inches on
center overall.
3.3 You have interior bracing where you do not need it - at kitchen and dining room
wall and you are missing bracing at bedroom wing. I show sheetrock on master
bedroom wall, both sides.
