NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference L of Ordinance No. 4179 of the County of Butte entitled "Non -Represented Classifications" by deleting there
from the following:

Range Annual Salary
Flat Rate $231,271.05 - $318,599.86
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 29
Reference C of Ordinance No. 4179 of the County of Butte entitled "Appointed Officials with Bi -weekly Range
Assignments" by adding there to the following:

4116 Medical Director
Range Annual Salary
Flat Rate $231,271.05 - $318,599.86
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 19 of
Ordinance No. 4179 of the County of Butte entitled "411 -Library" by deleting there from the following:

Thereby decreasing total allocations by .5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 25 of
