WHEREAS, Stacie Reeson, Employment and Eligibility Supervisor with the Department of Employment and Social
Services (DESS), has announced her retirement effective December 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Stacie began her career with the County of Butte on July 6, 1988 as an Eligibility Worker. Thereafter
she served in various positions of increasing responsibility in the Employment and Eligibility program, including her current
responsible position as an, Employment and Eligibility Supervisor since April 26, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Stacie has devoted her career to improving the lives of children, families and seniors and has taken
great pride in her job as a public servant conducting herself with the highest level!, of integrity and responsibility; and
WHEREAS, as an Employment and Eligibility Supervisor, Stacie dedicated herself to providing excellent customer
service to staff and the families served, and valued the role of educating and empowering staff to provide the highest
quality of work; and
WHEREAS, Stacie has worked diligently forthe past 30 years in the best interest of Butte County and its residents,
earning the respect of her DESS colleagues, employees, and the many families she served over the years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby extends its appreciation
for your many years of dedicated service.
