PG&E submitted the safety inspection report, prepared by independent consultant (IC) Dr. Lelio H. Mejia, Ph.D, P.E., G.E., and dated October 2020, to FERC on November 2, 2020. s and schedules to address the recommendations are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). Ongoing shelter-in-place orders issued by the State of California in response to the COVID-19 pandemic require that nonessential PG&E staff work remotely, and hard copy filings are not practical at this time. If FERC requires hard copies of this letter and/or enclosures, please contact the license coordinator identified below. If necessary, hard copies will be sent after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted and PG&E staff have returned to their normal work locations.
