South Fork Power Project STID updates
Dear Mr. Blackett,
This letter serves as a response to your letter dated December 9, 2020 providing comments on the
submission of the Seismic Stability Evaluation of Sly Creek Dam, and associated letter dated January
31, 2017 from Mr. Kyle Morgado, formerly of this Agency. Additionally, you provided further
correspondence on December 30, 2020 requesting a plan and schedule for updates to the STIDs for the
Little Grass Valley, Lost Creek, Sly Creek, Ponderosa, and Miners Ranch Dam.
Your comments for each specific dam will be addressed and submitted to you no later than March 31,
2021, the annual due date for revisions to Agency STIDs.

Lost Creek Dam – Eleventh Independent Consultant’s Safety Inspection Report
Dear Mr. Blackett,
This letter serves as a response to your letter dated December 8, 2020 providing comments on a the
submission of the the 11th Independent Consultant’s Safety Inspection Report (Part 12D report) and
Potential Failure Mode Analysis (PFMA) Addendum Report for Lost Creek Dam, and associated letter
dated December 13, 2017 from Mr. Kyle Morgado, formerly of this Agency.
Your comments will be addressed and submitted to you no later than February 26, 2021.
